गंधर्व, एक भेदी शब्द।

रावण और वसुदेव का गंधर्व भेदाभेद। सांप अपनी चमड़ी उतरदेता है, वैसी बात।

सात त्वचा के पद को भेद ने के बाद आएगा नया आठवां वो त्वक वाला कृष्ण, जो वसुदेव का घोषित पुत्रक, जिसे अष्ट प्रकृति वाला कहा गया हे।

अगर वसुदेव, पुत्रक से त्वक के साथ जुड़ा तो रावण और दसों दिशा का माहिर, लेकिन कुछ समय तक ही।

बलराम की सेरोगेसी थी, और राम, बलराम से पहले परशुराम थे। जो कर्ण, द्रोण, भीष्म के गुरु थे, लेकिन याज्ञवल्क्य  तो जनक से लेकर परीक्षित के पुत्र जन्मेजय का भी पूजनीय रहा हे।

रावण भी भली भांति जानता होता है की उसकी असली मृत्यु याद शक्ति कम होगी तो ही होगी। 

शून्य का आधा एक के अंदर और दूसरे आधे की शुरुआत उसी बात पे निर्भर की होगी तभी व्याकरण में संस्कृत में आधी गुम (•  या  •) की बात वेदिक तोर पे रही होगी।

લાંબો બ્લોગ ભારતીય આર્થિક ઉન્નતિ ના પગલાં સમજવા

બહેડા ના સૂકા વૃક્ષ માંથી બનેલા પાસા રમતા રમડતા સઘળા ના હાથમાં જો હોય તો ઊંચા થઈ થઈ ને પછડાતા હોય છે... એ ભૂલવું ના જોઈએ..

ભારતની આંતરિક કે આર્થિક નીતિ ઓને વેદિશી કંપની અને બેલેન્સ શીટ અથવા બજેટ ભારતનાં ચોક્કસ પક્ષ કે જેની સરકાર હોય તે જ સફેદ કાગળ પર કાળા અક્ષરો થી ચિત્રિત કરે છે.. શૂણ્ય માટે!!! હા શૂન્ય નથી લખ્યું...

આમતો ભારતનાં મોટા ભાગમાં રૂપિયાને રૂપિયાના નામ થીજ ઓળખવામાં આવે છે છતાં પણ તેનાં કેટલાક પ્રાદેશીક નામો પણ છે, જેવાકે:  

રૂબૈઇ ([તમિલ][]) (ரூபாய்);  

રૂપિયા ([હિન્દી][]) (रुपया);  

રૂપિયો [ગુજરાતી][];  

રૂપૈય [તેલુગુ][] (రూపాయి); [કન્નડ][] (ರೂಪಾಯಿ) અને  

તુલુ (ರೂಪಾಯಿ),  

રુપા [મલયાલમ][] (രൂപ);  

રૂપયે [મરાઠી][] (रुपये).

આ ઉપરાંત બીજી ભાષામાં જોઈએ તો તેને

[સંસ્કુતમાં][] रूप्यकम् - રૂપ્યકમ્ કહેવાય છે.

સંસ્કૃતમાં રૌપ્યનો અર્થ થાય છે, ચાંદી અને રુપ્યકમ્ એટલે ચાંદીની મુદ્રા (સિક્કો).

... [પશ્ચિમબંગાળ][], [ત્રિપુરા][], [મિઝોરમ][], [ઓરિસ્સા][] અને [આસામમાં][] ભારતીય રુપિયાનું અધિકૃત નામ સંસ્કૃત શબ્દ टङ्क **ટંક**માંથી ઉદ્ભવતા વિવિધ શબ્દોનું બનેલું છે.

... આમ, [બંગાળીમાં][] રુપિયાને ટાકા (টাকা), [આસામીઝમાં][] ટોકા (টকা) અને [ઉડિયામાં][] ટંકા (ଟଙ୍କା) કહેવામાં આવે છે.

એ પ્રમાણે જ ચલણી નોટો પર તેમને લખવામાં આવે છે.

  

1 દમડી(પૈ) = 0.520833 પૈસા  

  

1 ખાની(pice) = 1.5625 પૈસા  

  

1 paraka = 3.125 પૈસા  

  

1 આના = 6.25 પૈસા  

  

1 beda = 12.5 પૈસા  

  

1 પાવલી = 25 પૈસા  

  

1 અડધો રૂપિયો = 50 પૈસા  

  

1 રૂપિયો = 100 પૈસા  

ચિત્ર લેખા ના શબ્દો...  

1540ની આસપાસ શેરશાહ સૂરીએ સિક્કા પડાવ્યા તે રૂપું (ચાંદી)માંથી બનેલા હતા એટલે તેનું નામ રૂપિયા પડ્યું. 11.453 ગ્રામનો એક સિક્કો બનતો હતો. તુઘલકે તાંબામાંથી સિક્કા બનાવેલા તેને દામ તરીકે ઓળખવામાં આવતા હતા અને તેના પરથી દમડી શબ્દ આવ્યો હતો.

સોનાના સિક્કાને મોહર કહેવાતા હતા.

સોનામહોર એક પ્રકારનો સિક્કો હતો. ત્યાંથી આજે આપણે રૂપિયાની નોટ સુધી પહોંચ્યા છીએ.

વચ્ચે ઉપર ગણાવ્યા તે પ્રમાણે 16 આનાનો રૂપિયો ગણાતો હતો.

તેનું વજન 11.66 ગ્રામનું હતું.  

  

ભારતે શૂન્યની અને દશમાંશની શોધ કરેલી પણ ચલણમાં તેનો ઉપયોગ અમેરિકાએ શરૂ કર્યો હતો. અમેરિકાએ પાયાના ચલણને સો હિસ્સામાં ગણાવાનો એટલે કે ડૉલરના 100 સૅન્ટનો હિસાબ નક્કી કર્યો હતો. અમેરિકાએ 1792થી આ પદ્ધતિ અપનાવી હતી. યુરોપના બીજા દેશોએ પણ આ સહેલી રીત અપનાવી લીધી હતી. પણ બ્રિટનમાં જૂની પદ્ધતિ ચાલતી રહી. તેથી ભારતમાં પણ આના પદ્ધતિ ચાલતી રહી.

આઝાદી પછી છેક (1955માં આશરે) ભારતે પણ રૂપિયાનું મૂલ્ય (64 પૈસાને બદલે) 100 પૈસા કરવાનું નક્કી કર્યું. પરંતુ મૂલ્ય ફેરવવાનું કામ એટલું સહેલું હોતું નથી.

તુઘલકે તાંબાના સિક્કા નક્કી કર્યા અને બધા લોકો સિક્કા બનાવવા લાગ્યા તેના કારણે ભારે અરાજક સ્થિતિ પેદા થઈ હતી. તે જ રીતે રાતોરાત એક રૂપિયાના 100 પૈસા કરી નખાય તો ચાર આના અને આઠ આનાની ગણતરી મુશ્કેલ બને. તેથી ધીમ ધીમે આયોજનપૂર્વક રૂપિયો બરાબર 100 પૈસા દાખલ થયા હતા.  

  

1955માં પ્રથમ તો સંસદમાં સિક્કા બહાર પાડવા અંગેના કાયદામાં સુધારો કર્યો. દશમાંશ પદ્ધતિ અપનાવાનું નક્કી કરાયું અને સૌથી નાની મુદ્રા પાઈની જગ્યાએ પૈસોને બનાવવામાં આવી.

ત્રણ પાઈનો એક પૈસા થાય તે હિસાબ ભૂલી જવાનો અને હવે એક પૈસાથી શરૂઆત થાય.

100 પૈસાનો રૂપિયો થાય.

હવે એક પૈસો (નયું-નયા પૈસા પરથી), બે પૈસો, ત્રણ પૈસા (તિનિયું), 25 પૈસા (પાવલી), 50 પૈસાના સિક્કા તૈયાર થયા. પરંતુ ચાર અને આઠ આનાનો હિસાબ બેસાડવો મુશ્કેલ હતો. કહેવાય ચાર આના, પણ તેનું મૂલ્ય 16 પૈસાના બદલે 25 પૈસાનું હોય.

ટપાલ ટિકિટ, રેલવે ટિકિટ આના-રૂપિયામાં હતી તેમાં ફેરફાર કરવો પડે તેમ હતો. ખેતી માટે આનાવારી નક્કી થતી હતી, મહેસૂલનો દર પણ આનાવારી પ્રમાણે હતો તે બધામાં ફેરફારો કરવા પડે તેમ હતા.

આરબીઆઈએ ગણતરી સરળ બને તે માટે ચાર્ટ તૈયાર કરી આપ્યો હતો. તે દેશભરમાં પોસ્ટ ઓફિસમાં લગાવવામાં આવ્યો હતો. કાયદામાં સુધારા પછી 1957માં નવા સિક્કા બહાર પડ્યા. તેના પર ‘નયે પૈસે’ એવું ખાસ લખવું પડ્યું હતું. નયા પૈસા મેળવવા માટે દિલ્હીની જનરલ પોસ્ટ ઓફિસ આગળ 10,000 લોકોની લાઈન લાગી ગઈ હતી. પોલીસનો બંદોબસ્ત ગોઠવવો પડ્યો હતો.

પૂર્વ ભારતમાં કોલકાતામાં લોકો નયે પૈસે સ્વીકારવા તૈયાર નહોતા એટલે વિરોધમાં ઉતરી આવ્યા હતા અને પોસ્ટ ઓફિસને જ સળગાવી દીધી હતી.

નોટબંધી યાદ આવી ગઈ? શાસકોના તુઘલઘી તુક્કા હંમેશા પ્રજાને પરેશાન કરતાં હોય છે અને લાઈનમાં લગાડી દેતા હોય છે. જોકે અહીં પ્રજાને નુકસાન નહોતું થઈ રહ્યું. આમ જુઓ તો ફાયદો થઈ રહ્યો હતો, કેમ કે રૂપિયાના 64ના બદલે 100 પૈસા થઈ રહ્યા હતા. બીજી બાજુ ચાર આનાનું પરબિડિયું મળતું હતું તે હવે પાવલીમાં મળતું હતું, એટલે લોકોને મોંઘું લાગ્યું હતું. 16 પૈસાને બદલે 25 પૈસા દેવા પડતા હતા.  

  

સમગ્ર સ્થિતિને થાળે પડતા અને લોકોને નવા પૈસાની આદત પડતા દાયકો લાગી ગયો હતો. તે પછી 1963-64માં સૌને આદત પડી ગઈ હશે એમ સમજીને સરકારે સિક્કા પરથી નયે પૈસે શબ્દ હટાવી દીધો હતો. હવે નવો પૈસો જ અસલી પૈસો બન્યો હતો, પણ પૈસાની મોહમાયામાં કંઈ ફરક પડ્યો નથી.

આજેય રૂપિયો-પૈસો આપણને પરેશાન કરતો રહે છે.

રૂપિયો ગાડાના પૈડા જેવો હતો તે એક નયા જેટલો થઈ ગયો છે એમ આપણને લાગે છે.

રૂપિયામાં હવે પાણીનું પાઉચ, પેન્સિલ, પેન ની રિફિલ, પણ મળતું નથી.

કપ ચાના પણ 20 રૂપિયા થઈ ગયા છે.

100ની નોટ ફટ કરતીકને ઊડી જાય છે.

લખપતિ મધ્યમ વર્ગની હરોળમાં આવી ગયા છે.

પાઈની પેદાશ નહિ ને ઘડીની નવરાશ નહિ… કમાણી માટે કામે લાગો!

આજના જમાના માં રૂપિયા ની જાત નું જ અવમૂલ્યન લોખંડ ના નવા સિક્કા જે આવ્યા 1 અને 2 ના તેમાં જોવા મળે જ છે.. ભારતની આંતરિક બાબતો નો ઘટસ્ફોટ ઘણાં બ્લોગ માં કરેલ છે.. વખત ના વાજા વાગે... આશા અમર મે રાખી છે.. ભારતીય રૂપિયા હવે કેમ નીચે જાય તે સવાલ દરેક ભારતીય શૂદ્ર ને થવો જ જોઈએ... વાણિયા વેપાર કરી ઘર ભેગુ કરે પેઢી માટે પણ શૂદ્ર જડ મૂળ થી સ્વચ્છ ભારત ચહે છે અને કરે પણ છે...

હવે ટંક નથી.. ટંકશાળ નથી તો કારખાના અવાંટકો ને ભૂલે તે સારું કે ખરાબ??

બ્રિટન માં ફેમિલી પરથી આદમી ની પહેચાન છે અને રોથશિલ્ડ બેંક રશિયા વાળાએ બંધ કરી છે... ભારત પણ હવે અંતર રાષ્ટ્રિય ધોરણે રશિયા ની જેમ પોતાના દેશ ના ચલણ માં વેપાર ચહે છે..

પશ્ચિમ ના પાણી આ રીતે ઓસરે એ જરૂરી... છે..

પશ્ચિમ ક્યારેય પોતાની જમીન પર બાખડ્યું નથી.. બીજા ના દેશ ની જ જમીન લીધી છે.. પણ ધંધો વાણિયા બુદ્ધિ થી પરમાણુ બોમ નો કેરી લીધો.. હવી ના બની હુત દ્રવ્ય સાચવવાની વાતે ભારતની આર્થિક ઉન્નતિ નરી સાચી રીતે કરવી જરૂરી છે...
