Mostly the job related problems are very unique if you understand on my personal point of you

Government job is not any kind of boring part after age of 40 years or 45 years.. as government supplementary giving as according financial flow to its employee it's as by rule okay!!???

In private companies mostly 10 to 15 years after each and every employees need to change the job as its costing not afford by company as per present scenario or monghwari...

Company itself needed lower scale or lower salaried personnels for making growth benefit... if you understand my point of view...

At that time the after age of 40 .. 45 or 50 years the person who left his job, he has family and a children either one or two or three and that time, he or she needed financial flow for monthly expenses but can't get it ...

as per my personal opinion it is very hard to manage monthly expenses by that left employee from the so called company, some reason behind that is or are very unique or different or common for left the job ...

But you need to focus or your government need to focus that priority to giving those employees proper job or utilise their skills as per needed government officials part as by trying to give manrega style working therapy...

So many governments people came and out but nobody think on that case and India Stilll in is under poverty details as the job is seeking by people...

I write so many times but no one has vision that how the job rising or the jobless personnel are rising...

Age of 40 to 50 is needed more expensive expenses for all stages.. in family... But if the personnel leftover by any reason, he stuck out there and India onboard getting details as ............. Employees are finding jobs or seeking job...

Related way if really government starting the approach for those types skills people by even the temporary required sources for even survey.. thay can get or can give benifits to nation and those employees too ...

Both the ways all are having Ghee and  Banana or laddu in both hands...

Please once focus on my point of view..
